Where we ship: To all European countries.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Time: 2-3 working days within Europe.
We want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible which is why we do our best to process your order and to pack and ship your items quickly. Please note that if a product is sold out, the delivery time may be longer. Your order may also take longer at particularly busy times of the year or due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received this email within three working days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Skiin Company assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries.
Please note the food supplements can only be refunded or exchanged if defective or damaged. We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are flawless on delivery. However in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us by email at email@example.com no later than 7 days after receipt of the item. Please state what is defect along with a photo of the damaged goods.
Before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products you must contact us to get the return approved. If your return is accepted, we will confirm where you should send your item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund or exchange was approved. In the case of a refund, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If a refund takes longer than 7 days, please contact us so that we can investigate the delay.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. The cost of shipping refunded or exchanged merchandise may be deducted from any refunds.
