We love smoothies for their cleansing and nourishing properties, as well as to keep us hydrated and full throughout the day. The fruit in this smoothie has antioxidants, such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, and vitamins and minerals such as copper, zinc, and folate. The coconut is amazing too, and I like to crack open fresh coconuts, preserving the juice and meat, using both in the smoothie!
- 1/4 of pineapple (or 4-5 pineapple rings if from a box)
- 1/2 medium sized mango
- 1/2 cup coconut juice
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1 sachet of Beauty Boost collagen
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
