Everyone loves a brownie or three… These homemade chocolate collagen brownies are packed with protein and healthy fats, you’ll love them! The addition of the collagen powder is a bug thumbs-up for your gut health, bones and skin which is the perfect reason to add them to your list of healthy snacks.
- 200 ml flour
- 100 ml Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 100 ml honey (or substitute with stevia)
- 100 ml butter
- 4 large egg whites
- 60 ml milk (can be almond milk)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 sachets of SKIIN Co's Beauty Boost collagen peptides
How to do it:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Mix the dry ingredients together in a small mixing bowl

Add the wet ingredients and mix until smooth

Lightly grease a standard baking dish (20cm x 20cm) and spread mixture over the bottom evenly

Bake for 18-20 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle comes out a little dirty

Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into 8 equal squares
