Winter Smoothie with Tropical Fruit and Collagen

We love smoothies for their cleansing and nourishing properties, as well as to keep us hydrated and full throughout the day. The fruit in this smoothie has antioxidants, such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, and vitamins and minerals such as copper, zinc, and folate. The coconut is amazing too, and I like to crack open fresh coconuts, preserving the juice and meat, using both in the smoothie!


  • 1/4 of pineapple (or 4-5 pineapple rings if from a box)
  • 1/2 medium sized mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut juice
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 sachet of Beauty Boost collagen 
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
